Scrapbooking ? just for fun | Elinjanne

We all have our own reason for scrapbooking. Documenting everyday life, family stories, photos. We scrapbook as a creative outlet. We scrapbook because we think we have to. I scrapbook for all those reasons ? except the last one. I certainly don`t have to. Why? Because I don`t have kids and therefore I`m off the hock.

Since I am a scrapbooker I do feel obliged to do my best to document our family stories. I grew up in a family with storytellers. My grandfather was an excellent?storyteller and so was my mother. No one inherited those genes. Me and my youngest nephew like to think we are good at it but we are not because we love all the details and never get to the point of the story:)

Being in the forums and classrooms are sometimes frustrating. So many speak up about how things should be done. I listen and now and then I get frustrated and confused. But really ? I am 50 and I can do my thing anyway I want and so can you. Today`s page is just for fun?

With all the talk about moving into a new house with a new room she makes the first move ? months before the actual move:)

The inspiration for this page is Ali Edwards. I have this digital file with her Journaling lines I planned to use in one of my theme albums. I never used them but I wanted to and did a search in Ali`s gallery for inspiration. I always leave her gallery with inspired to make something.
